Denzal’s Daily Dental’s are flow wrapped using our new recyclable barrier paper solution. This is a fibre-based mono-material that is certified 100% Recyclable in the regular recycling stream and is fully repulpable, with the ability to be recycled up to 6 times.

In addition, it is also biodegradable and certified as Plastic Free by Din Certco. The barrier paper contains up to 85% of fiber content and is made using inorganic pigments, bio-based organic components, non-plastic polymers, and water. No wax or fluorochemicals are used in the raw material.

The White paper finish offers a luxurious look and high-quality printing. The material is suitable for forming into bags, pouches and reel sale and has excellent runnability and heat-sealability when packing.

The Recyclable Barrier Paper has great water-, vapour-, and grease-resistant barrier properties, suitable for demanding applications and long shelf life. The material is suitable for food contact in compliance with BfR and FDA and can be used as primary packaging for both food and non-food.
