Delivery Policy
Here at Surepak we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
We know that you don't want to wait days for your order to arrive. That's why we send every order within the UK Mainland by UPS, Royal Mail Second Class and Palette Network. Which means that, all being well, you should receive your parcel within 5 working days no matter where you are in the world.
However, although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations.
How will my parcel be sent UK Mainland?
Carriage charge within the UK mainland is only £12 for orders under £600, your order will either be posted to you using our trusted mailers UPS, Royal Mail Second Class or Palette Network and should arrive to you within 5 working days.
Express Shipping is also available within UK Mainland, three options are available with Express 9am 12pm or standard delivery, please contact us to receive a quotation.
How will my parcel be sent Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland?
We have managed to secure extremely good courier rates to the Republic and therefore all items will be sent using UPS and Palette Network, and will still arrive within 5 working days, however there is a separate charge for these areas, please enquire for costs.
How will my item(s) be sent to Europe and the rest of the world?
All items to be posted beyond the UK will be sent via Web Ship for a very efficient service, no matter where you are items should arrive to you within 5 working days. Simply get in touch and enquire for a quick delivery cost.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification advising of this.
Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?
Contact us - we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by Royal Mail has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, the Royal Mail has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel, we can also track and trace it using their online system.
